The Institute for Parliamentarism Research is an institution of the Foundation for Science and Democracy with the aim of anchoring and developing the democratic order in society. The data on the number of MPs, the population per MP, the proportion of women and the number of sitting days are taken from the Parline dataset of the Interparliamentary Union (IPU)<\/a>.<\/p>

Classical quartet<\/b><\/p>

The cards are shuffled and dealt to all players. The player to the left of the dealer starts the round by asking for a card that he\/she is missing from the quartet. The player being asked must hand over the card if he\/she has it in his\/her hand. The player who asked the question still has a turn and can ask for more cards. If the questioned player does not have the desired card, the next player in the row to the left of the first player takes their turn. Once a player holds a quartet consisting of four cards, they must place the cards face up on the table in front of them. The player who has collected the most quartets by the end wins the game.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trump quartet<\/b><\/p>

The cards are shuffled and dealt to all players. The players only hold the top card visibly in their hand, the other cards may not be looked at yet. The player to the left of the dealer begins. He addresses another player and plays the round. This means that the player whose turn it is to play chooses a value of their current top card that they think will beat or undercut the other player. If he wins with his value, he receives the other player's card. A player who has no more cards in his hand loses - the player with the most cards wins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
