Parlamentarismusforschung (IParl) ist eine Einrichtung der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swud.org\">Stiftung Wissenschaft und Demokratie<\/a>. Es wurde am 1. April 2016 in Halle (Saale) gegr\u00fcndet und ist seit dem 1.
